CHEQUE BOUNCE CASE MATTERS (SECTION 138 OF NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT ACT 1881) :-
When a one party gives a cheque to other party and when that cheque is presented in the bank and that bank issues a return memo giving specific reason of bounce which can be like insufficient funds or account closed in such case the party who presented the cheque on receiving the return memo can serve a legal notice to the other party as per the this section and after file a complaint against that person who played fraud. The complaint will be filed as per the pecuniary and territorial jurisdiction before an appropriate court under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.
CONSUMER CASE MATTERS: –
A consumer complaint is filed under section 12 of consumer protection act as per the definition of consumer defined under section 2(d) of consumer protection act. Any person can file a consumer complaint who is not satisfied from the services of any service provider or if there is any kind of deficiency in service of a service provider. A complaint will be filed in an appropriate court as per territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction.
